Michael is Senior Counsel at Webster Kaplan Sprunger LLP and a member of the firm's Product Liability and Risk Management Practice Group. His practice includes the handling of products liability defense and a plethora of related legal matters for a worldwide medical device company, as well as other aspects of business and commercial litigation.
Additionally, Michael also lends a hand providing litigation support to both the Labor and Employment Practice Group and the firm's Family Law and Domestic Relations Practice Group.
Michael received his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law in 2010, where he earned dual-specializations in "Business Law and Policy" and "Entertainment and Media Law and Policy." He received his B.A. in Government from Harvard University in 2006.
Michael is admitted to the State Bar of California and is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute ("DRI"), a leading organization of defense attorneys and in-house counsel.
Prior to joining Webster Kaplan Sprunger, Michael was an associate attorney in the complex liability division of Demler, Armstrong & Rowland, LLP.
