Erik is an associate attorney at Webster Kaplan LLP and a member the firm’s Labor and Employment Law Practice Group.
Erik graduated from California State University Northridge with dual Bachelor degrees in Business Administration and Economics with cum laude distinction. Thereafter he was admitted to Pepperdine University School of Law. While at Pepperdine, he was treasurer for the Pepperdine chapter of the National Lawyers Guild as well as the school’s chapter of the National Latino Law Student Association.
Erik received his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2019 where he was awarded a Certificate in Dispute Resolution as well as a Certificate in Entertainment, Media, and Sports Law.
Erik sat for, and passed, the very first online CA Bar exam in October 2020. Erik has been admitted to and is a member of the California State Bar.
In his spare time, Erik enjoys watching movies and is self-proclaimed film-buff. In particular, he enjoys psychological thrillers. Additionally, Erik is very passionate about martial arts. He has been practicing Shotokan Karate since 2013, only taking a break in his training during his time in law school.
