Kelly is an associate at Webster Kaplan LLP and a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Law Practice Group. She represents and counsels employers in areas of unlawful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, and other employment-related claims before state courts, as well as administrative agencies, including the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement and the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.
Kelly received her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden in 2008, where she was the Research Editor for the Moot Court Executive Board. She received a B.A. in Political Science and Judaic Studies, with honors, from the University of Miami in 2005.
Prior to joining Webster Kaplan, Kelly was a litigation associate with Peterson Bradford Burkwitz, LLP in Burbank, CA and a litigation associate with Green & Cohen, P.C. in New York.
Kelly has been a member of the California State Bar since 2012 and was admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Central District of California in 2015. She is also licensed to practice in New York, New Jersey and Florida (inactive). Kelly is a member of the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles. Kelly is fluent in Spanish.
Kelly enjoys cooking and traveling. She has visited nearly half of the United States and recently traveled to Japan, Panama, and Argentina. Although she has not lived in Miami for nearly 10 years, she continues to be an avid Miami sports fan and supports the Heat, Dolphins, and Hurricanes.
