Scott is a partner at Webster Kaplan LLP and a member of the firm’s Business Transactions Practice Group. His practice focuses on complex contract negotiation and drafting for a wide range of business, commercial and real estate activities. He advises clients on general commercial law matters, entity formation and governance issues, and strategic operational matters. Scott specializes in commercial and business transactions including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and real estate financing and commercial leasing transactions for individuals and privately held businesses operating in a variety of industries.
Scott is also a Certified Public Accountant and developed strong business experience from providing audit and business advisory services.
Scott received his J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin, School of Law in 2000. He received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1993.
