Woody Jones, Associate Attorney

Woody L. Jones is an associate attorney at Webster Kaplan LLP and a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Law Practice Group. Woody represents employers in class action and individual lawsuits in all areas of employment law including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation; wrongful termination; breach of employment contract; unlawful business practices; non-solicitation and trade secret misappropriation; and various wage and hour claims. Woody litigates in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies including the California Department of Civil Rights, the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission, and the Department of Labor Standards Enforcement.

Woody received his J.D. from the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law in 2019. He received a B.A. in Mass Communication from Louisiana State University in 2012. Woody is a member of both the State Bars of California and Louisiana.
